The Newport Community Band will be presenting at concert at Ochre Court, Salve Regina University in Newport, RI on Monday July 15, 2024 at 6:30pm. Repertoire will include marches, patriotic music, and big band classics . The public is invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic dinners.

The Newport Community Band is a symphonic concert band is sponsored by the Department of Performing Arts at Salve Regina University. The band performs in local public concerts as well as at fairs and civic events. Membership is open to Newport County area musicians, including local high school and Salve Regina music students.
